With over 15 years experience, Lyght House Cocktails’ owner and mixologist, Carmaleita Willis Lyght, brings a great attitude, new ideas and an exceptional team to all of her events. She learned the trade of mixing under her father’s leadership. “Joe Willis,” as he is affectionately known, taught her everything he knows including; great customer service, delivering superior products, paying attention to every detail and knowing your client. Under Carmaleita’s guidance, the Lyght House Cocktails team continues to grow in both leadership and experience. From bartenders to servers and other hospitality staff, Lyght House Cocktails can supply all of your event needs. It has grown so much so that even her husband knows it inside and out. In fact, he was the inspiration behind the company name and brand design.
We collaborate with each client to create the perfect bartending experience. Lyght House Cocktails can provide a complete package of equipment to service your bar needs. We offer our clients private consultations at Sweet Seats Planning Lounge or we can meet at your host venue. Additionally, we will advise on the best liquor, beer and wine selections for your event. We believe the utmost care and attention to detail should be utilized, when crafting our signature drinks. Our hand-made cocktails are made with fresh, premium ingredients; some of which are selected from local vendors. Owner, Carmaleita Lyght, prefers the “total immersion” approach with her clients, which stimulates rapport and focuses on building constant, client-vendor relationships.
